A simple way to do pizza in a hurry.
Slice bread into 1/4 inch slices. Butter with generouse amount (so the entirie slice is coverd) Put a small amount of cheese on bread so that the peperonis will stick. Layer with two to four peperonis so the bread is mostly coverd. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put in the broiler for ten to fifteen minutes or untill the cheese is melted and crispy. It goes great with a simple sauce.
