Suggest a better descriptionPrepare cookie sheet by placing a layer of parchment paper on the bottom. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Thaw spinach and drain well. On lightly floured board, roll out pizza crust dough to about 12x16 inch rectangle.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, jack cheese, egg, and onion. Spread mixture over dough to within 1 inch of edges. Roll up tightly. Cut dough roll into 1 inch slices. Arrange slices cut side down on cookie sheet, not touching (slices expand slightly during baking) Drizzle tops with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
