Wonderfully easy and filling casserole that is always a hit.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil chicken breast and cut into small cubes
In one bowl combine chicken, soups, and sour cream.
Melt butter
Crush crackers
In another bowl combine melted butter, poppy seeds, and crackers
In 13 x 9 inch glass dish layer half of crackers in bottom
Add chicken mixture to pan
Place remaining cracker mixture on top
Bake for 1 hour
