Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2) Combined ground beef, parsley, egg, bread crumbs cumin, garlic, onion and salt & pepper. 3) Slice potato in 1-2 inch circular slices. 4) Form meat in 1-2 inch patties and place in glass 9x9 pan alternating beef köfte and potato slice. 5) Combined water and tomato paste and pour over potato and köfte 6) Bake uncovered for 30-45 min
