Easy side dish
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Rinse with cold water and chill till needed. Cut each potato in half.
Over medium heat, sauté onions in bacon grease until translucent.
Add vinegar stirring until reduced.
Remove onions from pan and set aside.
Add more grease if needed and stir fry green beans until crisp-tender.
Add onions and potatoes back to pan until everything is warm.
