Boil potatoes in the skins w/ the bay leaf. COOL.. PEEL & SHRED.
Combine soup, sour cream, onion, cheese & ham. Mix Well. FOLD in shredded potatoes.
Butter 9"x13" pan. COVER w/ cheese & top with 1/2 C crushed corn flakes.
BAKE 350* for 15 - 20 mins. or til heated thru.
** If this has been made ahead & refrigerated, then allow about 45 mins. for baking.
