Delicious Pineapple pie! Wonderful at thanksgiving or to have at Christmas with ham dinner.
Beat eggs until thick. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
Make sure to squeeze the pineapple until almost dry or the juice will make the crust soggy.
