1/4 c Cheese, Parmesan fat-free
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Butter Buds; liquid
1/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Garlic; minced
1 c Evaporated milk, skim
4 ts Chicken broth, fat-free
1/4 ts Salt, lite; (optional)

Original recipe makes 6



In a small saucepan over low heat blend flour, Butter Buds, milk and chicken broth. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Serve with cooked fettuccine (10-12 ounces, cooked). Finally tried this recipe and it turned out great, it was much more tastier than the one I buy in the jar. I used it over penne pasta with zuccinnies, spinach and sun dried tomato.
