Add curry powder, chutney and cornflour mix to stock and stir
Pour stock mixture over cubed fish in a microwave dish
Cook on full power (1000W) for 3 minutes
Green beans or small vegetables can be added as desired
Serve with brown rice or mixed vegetables for a healthier option
