In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
Stir in orzo, onion and italian seasoning.
Reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes until orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
Stir in red beans, canadian bacon and parsley.
Heat through.
Put into a container and stir in parmesan cheese.
