Mix first 5 ingredients with a fork & press into a deep dish pie pan. Combine next 4 ingredients & spread over crust.
Combine last 3 ingredients for topping & sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees & continue baking 40 minutes.
