In butter, saute onions till tender. Add green pepper and mushrooms and saute till tender. Remove to a 2 Qt. casserole dish. Add some butter and saute rice until golden. Add to casserole and then stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir before serving.
