4. Place the broth, yogurt, pepper, salt, roasted garlic, roasted broccoli, and only a couple of lemon slices into the blender (in the order listed!). Select variable 1 and slowly increase to 10 then to high. Blend for 6 minutes 30 seconds or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
