You can buy roasted garlic in whole foods
Combine all ingredients. Form into patties using a 1/2 cup measuring cup. Place on parchment paper. Place saran wrap over 1/2 cup servings and either roll with rolling pin for desired thickness or push down with hand. Remove saran wrap. Poke a hole into middle each patty using a wooden spoon end (to prevent from shrinking when grilling). Cut parchment paper around patties. Stack on each other in container or freezer bag. Freeze for 2 hours or more.
Grill straight from freezer.
Add cheddar/lettuce/pickles/mustard/mayo/ketchup.
Even sauteed mushrooms. Delish.
Roasted Garlic:
Cut off tops of garlic bulbs
Place in small oven proof dish, cut sides up.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cover with foil.
Roast in 350degree oven for 45 min.
Pick out with fork when cooled and mash.
