Roasted Veggies with sausage
Mix olive oil and spices.
Coat chopped veggies.
Roast in oven at 400°F for 60 minutes total. Rotate/mix every 20 minutes.
Add sausages on top for last 20 minutes with holes poked in top to let juices flow out onto veggies.
