Preheat oven to 450*F
cut foil and crease diagonally
1. Evenly divide rosemary, lemon and garlic among 4 squares, placing them on one side of the crease.
2. Top with halibut fillet, drizzle with one tsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap packet and bake for 10 minutes
