Heavenly Cookies!
Sift flours, baking soda, and baking powder; set aside. Beat butter and sugars with mixer until very light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. Reduce mixer to low, add dry ingredients, and mix until combined; about 5-10 seconds. You can use a woodenspoon to mix! Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; mix well. Press plastic on dough and refrigerate 24 to 36 hrs. (You can store the dough up to 3 day)s. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.and scoop rounded teaspoons, leaving 2" between each cookie. Sprinkle the top of dough with pinch of sea salt and bake until goldn brown but still soft 13-20 min. (depending on soft or crispy preference). Let cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
