Ina small saucepan mix sugar, flour & salt; Stir in pineapple juice & egg.
Cook over moderate-heat, stirring constantly til thickened.
Add lemon juice. Set aside & cool.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil & COOK the acini di pepe according to pkg. directions w/ 1 Tbl. oil. Cook abt. 7 mins. or til done. Rinse & drain the pasta & allow to cool to room temp.
In a very large bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple & marshmallows & coconut. ADD the cooled pasta & mix well.
Combine the cooled sauce & the Cool Whip & mix into the salad. CHILL at least 3 hrs. before serving.
