Bake in round bottom patty tin. 180'. 15-18mins.
Fudge sauce
75gms butter melted and bubbling . add 1/4 cup each brown. Sugar and honey when golden add 1/2cup double cream. Cool.
Cut top out of cakes spoon in cooled cameral sprinkle with sea salt .
