Creamy spinach side dish with crouton topping.
Cook spinach following package directions; drain well. Mix with milk, cheese, eggs, onion. Turn into greased 8x8x2 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine topping and sprinkle atop spinach. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (10-15 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes prior to serving.
you can substitute Velveeta for cheese ingredients and use store bought croutons if you prefer.
