Suggest a better descriptionHard boil 4 of the eggs, cool and peel
Mix the sausage meat and onions together
Roll out the pastry, cut 3 circles approx 18cm, cut a further circle from the trimmings
Divide the sausage meat between the circles spreading almost to the edges
Sit an egg in the middle and season
Pull the sides up and crimp
Place on a lightly floured baking tray, brush with beaten egg and chill for 30 minutes
Bake at 200c (fan) for 25 minutes until golden
