Ground beef can be substituted for turkey. You can also use jarred turkey gravy in substitution of the soup, milk, and Italian seasoning.
Preheat oven to 350. Mix turkey, vegetables, soup, milk, onion, and Italian seasoning in a large casserole dish. Prepare potatoes and spoon over mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
