anytime shrimp pasta from scratch
Cook linguine according to package to directions reserve pasta water (2 tbsp).
While pasta is cooking, in a skillet saute onion, green onion, garlic over medium heat about 2 minutes. Add red peppers (salt and pepper to taste) and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
Add shrimp and 4 oz of beer and basil leaves. Saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Add spinach, when that cooks down add butter and 2 spoonfuls of pasta water. Saute another 2 minutes.
Add tomato and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Toss will pasta.
