10 potatoes; diced
2 onions; sliced

Original recipe makes 5 Servings

Boil the chicken until cooked. Cut and quarter the potatoes and add to the chicken. Take about 8 heaving tablespoons of flour and some salt and mix it with water-enough to make a dough. When potatoes are cooked-lay out the dough and flatten it with rolling pin. Then cut dough into thick slices. Then cut each strip into 3-4 individual slices. Stretch each strip out and add to boiling broth. Add black pepper, vinegar, and onions. Let cook and enjoy!
