Suggest a better descriptionBrown beef and drain. Add catsup, water and seasoning mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix Bisquick and milk to make a soft dough. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan and spread meat mixture over it. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
