This is a complete meal with Roast, Potatoes, Carrots and Brown Gravy that my mother-in-law Paulette Jones served for years and years.
1. Add frozen roast to crock pot
2. Cover with water
3. Add salt
4. Cook on low for 10 hrs. in crock pot.
5. 1 hour prior to serving roast Pre-heat oven to 350F
6. Add potatoes and carrots to a non stick pan
7. Add juice from roast to cover potatoes and carrots
8. Cook for 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
9. Make brown gravy mix per package except, substitute juice from roast for water.
Serving size:
4 oz. roast
7 potatoes
3 oz. carrots
