Steamed fish and vegies made in Thermomix
Method

Place garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add oil into bowl and saute for 2 minutes at 100c on speed 1.
Add water, win, stock, salt and pepper into bowl. Place snapper/trout into the Vvaroma dish and vegetals onto theVaroma tray or on top of the fish. Place Varoma into position then cook for 25 minutes at tVaroma temperatue on speed 1.
Remove snapper/trout and vegetables from Varoma and place onto serving dishes.
Add flow to the bowl and cook for a further 3 minutes at 90c on speed 4. Pour over the snapper/trout and garnish.
