Suggest a better descriptionSoften butter and margarine and mix together. Beat in the sugar and then the eggs. Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt together and blend into mixture.
Shape dough by rounded spoonful into balls.
Combine sugar and cinnamon together and roll the balls in the mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
