Silky and delicious
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put cream cheese in a mixing bowl with eggs, vanilla and sugar. Mix together on a low blend with a hand mixer until smooth but do not over mix. Add the sour cream and mix with spatula. Pour batter into a pie crust. Break cookie dough into small chucks and insert them sporadically throughout the batter. Do not overflow the crust. Bake in the oven for an 45 minutes to an hour until firm in the middle.
Once done, remove cheesecake from oven and let cool for 25-30 minutes. When cool, place in refrigerator for 3 or more hours.
Serve and enjoy!
Using pre-made pie crust cuts down on time. For best taste, use a chocolate pie crust.
Reduced-fat sour cream works well for calorie watchers as well as reduced-fat cream cheese.
