Excellent south western breakfast burritos
Start by cooking breakfast sausage and onions in 1 pan and brown the hash browns in another pan.
While cooking sausage and hash browns chop bell peppers and set aside
Mix corn and black beans in a bowl and set aside
Scramble the eggs and cook thoroughly.
Mix black beans, corn, hash browns, sausage, bell peppers, and eggs and cook so peppers are soft
Heat tortillas for 25 seconds to make them soft.
Add a line of cheddar cheese, picante, and meat mixture in tortilla and wrap in to burrito
Yields 16 burritos which can be frozen
