Doctor's Diet Cookbook
1. Mix beef and spices well in a large bowl.
2. Form in to 16 equal size balls.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
4. Heat tomato sauce to a simmer and add meatballs.
5. Simmer 20 minutes and boil water for spaghetti.
6. Cook spaghetti 6 minutes.
