A recipe my Grandmother received from an Italian woman. Quantities may not be optimal, but is what my family uses.
Fry the onion in margarine or butter until soft.
Add the chopped lean bacon, tomato purée, tomatoes, rosemary, salt and carrots.
Cook for around 30 minutes.
Add to the cooked spaghetti. Use the pack instructions.
