Wash and drain spinach. Drain well, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Cut spinach into one fourth inch lengths. Put into mixing bowl and stir in salt, pepper and flour. Add cheese, onion, parsley, dill wee and oil to eggs. Add all this to spinach and mix together til all ingredients are blended. Butter bottom and sides of 9 inch square baking pan. Take out 8 sheets of dough. Place 1 sheet in pan, tuck down corners and let ends fall over sides. Spread melted butter over bottom and sides with pastry brush. Repeat with remaining 7 sheets.
Pour in spinach mixture and spread evenly. Brush the filo sheets (1 at a time) extending over sides with butter and fold back on top of filling. Cut 8 sheets of filo 9 inch square. Place 1 sheet at a time on top and brush with butter. With sharp knife cut into 1.5 inch squares.
Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Reheats well. Serves: 10
