Suggest a better descriptionSpread 1/4 cup of sugar in a plate. Kneed the refrigerated cookie dough. Add the flour and pumpkin pie spice and the unsweetened cocoa.
Form dough and roll into 1 iinch balls. Roll in the sugar on the plate. Place 16 balls on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake until cookies are puffed and just set in center, about 9 minutes. Transfer baking sheet to a rack. Gently press 1 chocolate kiss in the center ocf each cookies; cool for 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks; cool until chocolate is firm, about 1 hour. Repeat with remaining cookies and chocolate kisses.
