These are Alex's favorite potatoes, made for her by Grandma Myrt. Had to add it to my collection!
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a large baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine everything except the potatoes. One combined, add the potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes and then turn all the wedges over. Bake for another 15-18 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
