Suggest a better descriptionPlace spinach in salad spinner and wash thoroughly. Then set aside. Heat up olive oil in skillet. Place shrimp in skillet and season with sea salt and pepper. Cook til shrimp looks tasty and succulent. Remove shrimp from skillet and place in a bowl to cool. Wash green beans. Heat olive oil in skillet. Place string beans in skillet and season with sea salt. Constantly stir beans until blanched on all sides. Remove string beans from skillet and place in a bowl to cool. Slice tomatoes, 4 to 5 per serving and set aside. Dice red bell peppers and set aside. In a small bowl add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make dressing. Season dressing with black pepper and sea salt. On a dinner plate, overlap tomato slices on outer edge. Sprinkle dressing on top of the tomatoes. Add a bed of spinach leaves. On top of the spinach leaves place blanched string beans parallel to one another. Then sprinkle diced red bell peppers evenly across the top. Next, add artichoke hearts across the work of art. Carefully and strategically place cooked shrimp on top of the amazing creation. Then randomly sprinkle capers across the top. Lastly, sprinkle dressing across the top. Voila!
