Rub steak with chili powder, salt, and pepper
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat
Add Steak, cook for 6-8 min per side
Remove from heat, cover with foil. Let it rest for 5 min.
Add onion and pepper to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 min.
Cut steak against the grain into thin slices.
Top tortillas evenly with beef and veggies. Garnish with lime juice and cilantro.
