Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl, mix first three ingredients well. Take four tsp of this mixture and press into both sides of beef steaks Add cheese, oil and vinegar to remaining seasoning. Mix well and set aside. Place steaks in center of grill over medium ash-covered coals. Cook, turning occasionally, 14-16 minutes for med-rare doneness. Grill peppers (turning once) 12-15 minutes; grill onion (turning once) 15-20 minutes or until tender. Brush vegetables with reserved cheese mixture during last 10 minutes of grilling. Salt steaks to taste; trim fat; remove bones; carve steaks crosswise into thick slices. Serve with vegetables.
Do not use with vegetables. Too dry. Good on steak. Marinate in soda before to make more tender steak.
