Preheat the oven to its highest setting.
In a little pan, mix all the ingredients except the ribs, and simmer gently for around 10-15 minutes until t look like a golden caramel. Take off the heat and allow to cool.
Put the ribs in a bowl and use your hands to coat them in the cooled marinade. Let them marinade for 15 minutes. Roast on a rack over a foiled tray for 15 minutes, turning halfway and basting.
