Enjoy this simple but tasty noodles with some chilly sauce.
Step1: Marinate the pork in a bit of soya sauce and worcestershire sauce.
Step 2: Boil water in a large pot. Put the noodles into the boiling water and add salt. Remove it once it al dante, strain it. Add some oil to prevent it from forming a clump and put it aside.
Step 3: Pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok and stir fry the pork. Add salt. Once cooked remove and keep it aside.
Step 4: In the same oil put the onion, garlic, chill. Fry on full flame. Add the cabbage, carrot, capsicum. For for 2-3 minutes. Add the pork and noodles. Stir fry for about 2 minutes and add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp fish sauce. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat.
Step 5: Beat the eggs in a bowl and fry it in a separate pan. Cut it into thin slices. And add it to the noodles.
Serve!!
