Great way to use up banana that is getting too ripe!
1. Into a blender - cut strawberries into bite size pieces; break the banana into 3-4 pieces. Add milk and orange juice and blend until smooth.
2. Add yogurt, sugar and ice. Set blender on ice crush and blend until smooth. Do not over blend or ice will melt. If smoothie is too liquid, pour into a freezer-chilled glass.
