Line cookie sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil a little more than 2x length of ribs
Put ribs on foil
Make rub. Pulsing in a magic bullet and putting on sprinkle top works great. Combine:
- Brown Sugar
- Chili Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Drizzle ribs with apple cider vinegar. Evenly coat all sides of ribs with rub. Loosely wrap foil around ribs and pinch closed. Let marinade in refrigerator for an hour (optional).
Preheat oven to 250. Bake for 3 hours. Coat with Sweet Baby Rays and put under broiler until blackened, 5 - 10 mins.
