Can be used over Rice with Pork Cubes, Chicken Chunks, Shrimp, etc. All breaded or not.
Sautee all vegetables and drained pineapple. Use your preferred oil. Sparingly. Set aside.
Mix water and cornstarch, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in sautee pan and heat to simmering. Won't take long. It's a pretty dry mixture at this point.
Add slowly the water/cornstarch mix and simmer til desired thickness.
When it feels right, stir in the veggies and pineapple you set aside earlier and add the pineapple juice last.
Simmer about 3-4 minutes. Enjoy.
