Suggest a better descriptionIn a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, granulated tapioca, milk and eggs with a hand-held mixer, until well blended. Pour into large saucepan. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
When cooled, slightly gently stir in vanilla. Stir occasionally until beginning to thicken.
Place in refrigerator and chill until firm. If you wish, sprinkle with cinnamon just before serving.
