Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add tomato, onion and jalapeno and cook until softened and onion browns. Add tequila and cook a minute or so until reduced and glaze forms.
2. With the tequila infused vegetables over medium low heat, sprinkle with cheese. Stier slowly and consistently just until melted. Scoop into warm dish, sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips and hearty bread.
