A tasty Asian dish that you will love!!!!
Marinade chicken in teriyaki for half hour. In a skillet cook chicken in extra virgin olive oil, cook until chicken is starting to get a little burn. When chicken is done cooking cut into Julianne strips and set aside. In another, skillet add extra virgin olive oil and add regular pinion and cook un till they become soft then add peppers, garlic, scallions and stir-fry sauce. Cook until the peppers become soft. When peppers become soft add chicken to the stir-fry mixture and coat everything thoroughly. While stir-fry is cooking make the rice. When rice is done put in a big bowl. On plate put down rice the chicken stir-fry mixture on top.
