This is my favorite stir fry ever! As a vegetarian dish it's great, but you can also add chicken or shrimp to give it some more body if you're really hungry.
Although you can just simply slice the veg, it adds a HUGE level of visual appeal by slicing them into matchsticks. It's just an option though, you can slice them any way you like. Anywho, spread the sesame seeds on a baking pan, and toast in the oven under broil until toasted. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable and sesame oil. Add the garlic and carrots and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Toss in your peppers and stir-fry for another 30 seconds . Then add the celery and bean sprouts, and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!!!
