Protein bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the bananas and smash them up... looks gross, I know. Add egg whites, peanut butter, splenda, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Work the peanut butter mixture. It could be a little lumpy, but that's ok. Add the oats, then the chocolate chips. Spread mixture into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle top with a few more chocolate chips. Bake for 20-30 minutes. (I like mine a little underdone)
