Mix together Accent, salt, taco sauce and chili powder on the ground beef. Let stand a few minutes while sauteing celery, green pepper and chopped onion in oil. Add meat and cook until lightly browned and crumbly. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; simmer 30 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Add kidney beans, drained. Serve with separate dish of tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, ripe olives, green onions or avocados.
