Cook the meat while you are preparing the mixture.
Soak the noodles in hot water for 15 min, then cut into small pieces.
Soak mushrooms in water for 15 min, then cut into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients and place 2 tbsp of mixture on a wrap.
Use more or less depending on how fat or skinny you want them.
Fold 2 diagonal corners over the mixture and roll one of the other
corners diagonally to the other and brush egg on the last corner
to hold together. You can pan fry or use a wok.
